Received a broken screen protector from them, they replaced it which was good. But they send a screen protector with no adhesive and was a completely different product to what I ordered (cheaper)

I also wished I'd read the reviews before purchasing a Skross adapter from this company. Spent $99 on something that never worked was then asked to send back interstate at my expense for an assessment. Lots of words that all came down to me parting with more money. Contacted Skross who also refused to send another fuse due to sustainability issues (I guess they teleport their product to stores in this country). The Skross adapter does not work with my basic run of the mill hair straightener so please check the Skross watt limitations on use with Australian devices. This may have been the problem. Would have been better off buying a cheap adapter from Kmart as did my traveling companion, worked perfectly.

I ordered a glass screen protector for my Nokia XR21. It does not fit the phone. I sent them an email with a picture of the protector on the phone to show it does not fit and requested a refund, but was told that I would need to organise and pay for return post before they would even consider a replacement or refund. I said that they should pay for return post. They never returned my email. Not recommended

So wish I had read these reviews. 0/5 order a new phone case online. And they reply via email once payment gone through and comes out of my credit card. Then there merchant requires a photo of my credit card and driver's licence. What a scam no one requires any of that payment made deliver product is not rocket science. No photos of credit or drivers licence will.be provided I'm not born yesterday.

My cable requirement was very specific and unusual - but Gadgets4Geeks had exactly the configuration I needed. My order was despatched the same day and I received it the next. Great service!

The product was promptly shipped as ordered, yet their customer service is appalling. I paid extra for an Express Post which Australia Post took over nearly 10 days to deliver from time of collecting. The issue is Gadget 4 Geeks completely palmed off any assistance, even though Aust Post advised I had to contact the sender to make tracking enquiry. Won't buy from them again, even if they are the cheapest. Not worth the hassle if they can't offer basic customer service.
