The Good Guys Tuggerah

Went to the shop one weekend and ordered a stove .Paid cash . They said it will be delivered Monday . Waiting for a call . Tried calling them to follow up but staff were rude . We decided to go back to the shop to speak to the Manager but he refused to speak to me . It took a week before I could have my stove delivered . It’s the worst customer service experience. Good guys in Campbelltown are the best . Not Tuggerah .

Been looking for black microwave, and the Good guy's is my first option check in the internet if they have stock , easy and soon we will get in our new fridge I can't wait. Love shopping there

Helped with post delivery installation questions and months after delivery, assisted with getting some 'accountability' from ASKO who sadly, are woeful with helping customers out with getting the right approved repairers and also sorting out of dispatch of the required parts. The staff were helpful on the day, but after taking your money it all goes down hill. A simple delivery was not organised properly and when I rang to sort it out, I was hung up on twice and sent in circles. The staff on the floor had it all stitched up between them, making sure I could not speak to the manager, they were really rude. I would never shop there again

We run an interior design business on the central coast and were looking at using the Good Guys at tuggerah as a local source for our electrical goods for kitchen fit-outs. We ordered a electrolux range-hood and a Franke sink for our clients kitchen. No receipt given as system issues. Rang three weeks later as we hadnt heard if items had arrived was told they had and that a message was left on phone, checked both work phones no message. Went to counter to get invoice so I could pickup goods from rear warehouse. They would not give me invoice as it was under company name and wife's name. Tried showing license and also explained I am director of company still would not issue print of invoice. Staff member was very rude and not very helpful or even try to help just said cant do it unless we receive something in writing from your wife. This is not the first incident, issues with TV was damaged on arrival 3 months of fighting to get replaced under warranty, we also ordered new Family Hub fridge paid for premium delivery goods arrived and they refused to bring fridge into house. We will definitely not be using them for our personal business or for our Interior Design business. If you are seeking good reliable place to get electronic goods dont go to the Good Guys!

Still the worst Good Guys I have been to. Several years, multiple changes in management but atoll no service. 5 minutes in store without being approached or even acknowledged that we are in the store. Walked right past a.sales person talking.loadly about demonstrations anfld they didn't even look up.

Service is absolutely rubbish. I suggest going somewhere else if you don’t want to deal with warranty etc. constantly lied to for months.

Worst service I've ever had. Went this morning to buy a TV and spent 35 minutes just trying to get service. Stood at the front counter and the 3 ladies never even looked at me, even the manager in his clear glass office looked at me several times and never once came out. There was another lady trying to buy a dryer and she hust walked out. Went to bing Lee and received amazing service.
