12-08-2023 12:19Not all staff but one of staff is so rude. Trying to buy waterproof UHF radio for camping. Ask can I have a look at the box to find out more. Have a read the features written on the box. Got rudest reply ‘what is there to look at. How are you going to pay for it. There is nothing to look at. The box is sealed.’ Even the box is sealed I can understand but what I don’t understand you can’t even have a look at the box. How are you suppose to know what you are paying for it. Don’t come here St Peter store rudest and most unhelpful “don’t bother me” attitude. Go Croydon or Lidcombe store always willing to help never have any problems.

11-09-2023 17:36I arrived at the store at 2:50pm with the car ready to load up. I had no idea the store shuts at 3pm on a Sunday. I walked the aisles mentally preparing what to purchase. Just before 3pm, one of the three people that had been chatting away at the counter approached me to say the store is now closed. It would have been nice to know this as soon as I walked in. At no time was I greeted, at no time did anyone ask to help, at no time was I given a deadline to purchase. I was ushered out the door with the staff right behind me, like I was being asked to leave a nightclub venue at 3AM!! I am a trade card holder and have spent many thousands of dollars with various Repco stores all over Australia. As a business owner, I’m in shock. Customer service and communication is the absolute number one priority. I am sure the shareholders would be appalled! Looks like it’s SuperCheap from here on in.

05-21-2023 20:45Rude. Called for a stock check on some shocks u0026 while waiting could hear a lot of shouting and swearing in the background. So much so that when asked a question I did not realise I was being spoken to. I was then spoken to in a grumpy and impatient manner and when asked if there was any stocked in the Sydney area: Well no. As if I'm an idiot for asking. So naturally I called up the nearest store suggested to have stock; waitara. I was told there was indeed stock. I wish now I'd asked for the person's name but I didn't want any more of my time wasted. If Waitara is near enough go there instead; the guy with the mullet was ace.

05-20-2023 15:29Ordered the wrong part (gas struts for a bog standard Toyota HiAce) for me took me 4 visits to 2 separate repcos to resolve this. This is a common replaceable part which many parts suppliers have. (I ended up ordering directly from their competitor $126 cheaper) when repco eventually refunded me, they refused to refund the 'freight costs' leaving me out of pocket for time, money, and patience. Really terrible service. Waste of my time.
