Serive people are polite and helpful. Went in looking for a partial wardrobe change and Tim was excellent and knowledgeable. Would recommend this store to anyone.

The staff seemed unwell and it was so off putting - one woman with short dark hair was coughing badly and the lady who served me clearly had a cold. No one had masks on despite this. When I mentioned how off putting it was to be in a store with so many coughing staff, I could see them all talking about me while waiting outside. Thanks for the lovely experience!

After coming to this Country Road, I miss the country road in Newcastle SO MUCH. It’s a world of difference between the cold, unwelcoming vibe here compared to the great experience I’m used to. It’s unfortunate because I do enjoy the country road products. I’d recommend browsing here and buying online

The cashier is friendly! Found a shirt I wasn't planning to buy but bought it anyway because it had a good deal plus it looks good on me.

Staff are rude, a lot. Even not saying excuse me when I was look at items and they walk by my side real quick, twice. No one willing to look at you when you were try to ask information from the items and not even a smile nice look while the replying. Though I already decided what i want , but why should i buy something with those people. A big brand with interesting staffs. Don't know that's racist or what.
