For a company called 'online' their website is rubbish. The filter options don't work so i have to wade through loads of things that i don't care about. Missing images of the products too. I haven't even got to the bit where i find out if they are cheap, friendly, etc

I was trying to go back to windows 10 from 11 and I got stuck in bitlocker stage. I ask Adelaide uni IT support to help but they said I’m gonna lose my data and same thing happen with another professor and lost 3 years of research. So, I contact more people and I hear same answer. But this place said they will fix my issue and they did it in 24 hr. I really appreciate it. Highly recommend, you guys are the best.
