09-04-2023 04:39I have been a member of Industry for now 7 years. I bought two items in this location today and when I asked for the VIP program I was informed that it was too late as I just paid. I was literarily in the shop. Of course they don’t do refunds so there was nothing I can do (of course I have the receipt and I’ll be checking if this meets Australian standards. Industrie please train your staff to ensure they give correct advice to clients. All, ensure you buy only from Myers, David Jones and the like so that you can have refunds. Never again in a Industrie shop unless it belongs to a serious shopping centre where Australian consumers are protected.

08-13-2023 14:46I have tried to shop at industrie a few times now and each time I have a complaint due to their staff and security tags. The first time I tried to purchase a puffer jacket however the staff could not remove the security tag and tried to make me take the jacket with the tag still attached. She did not want to deal with the tag and eventually said I could not buy the jacket because she couldn’t remove the tag. Recently I purchased a pair of black chinos and it wasn’t until I got home I realised the same thing had happened and they had left the security tag on on my pants

Not only providing a swift reply to my enquiry, which was followed up via phone call by their awesome Customer Experience Team Member - Alyssa, the Industrie team went above and beyond to make a product previously not available on their Australian site, accessible for myself all from a simple email. Very impressive, 10/10 experience and huge kudos to the team and the ship that they’re running.

I wanted to say thank you for what has been possibly the best customer service I can ever remember from any retailer. 07-17-2023 08:25I don’t know why but I walked in today and the instore service was pathetic. There were 3 staff members and I was the only person wondering around trying to find myself a pair of pants. None of them seem to be even bothered. They even looked at me and didn’t care. When I asked for something, they just nodded their head. Pathetic service. I prefer Myer as the industrie counter staff there are very welcoming and assisted me much better.

07-14-2023 04:45Threw out an email to these guys asking a question expecting to hear back either a no or no response, but tried anyway. Very shortly after I sent our my question so received a call from an incredibly nice person called Alyssa. She helped me and put in way more extra effort then she needed to. And that was honestly really appreciated. Definitely recommend these guys

06-01-2023 13:45Just had an EXCEPTIONAL customer service experience with Alyssa at Industrie Clothing. After helping me sort through an online issue, we got talking and I mentioned that I couldn't find stock of a particular item. She asked for the product details, and offered to see what she could do. She called back later that day, having secured the last item in the country. Not only was the offer to help the best service I'd had in years, the effort to find the product, and then co-ordinate the purchase was above and beyond. Alyssa was super efficient, friendly and thoughtful, and Industrie is so lucky to have her representing their brand. Simply exceptional service, from an exceptional operator.
