What GREAT service. Just one phone call and they new what I wanted. They sent me an e-mail with costings and bank details. We paid for our product and it was sent that day. I wish all companies were this Great to deal with.

We moved into our new house having an old off-peak hot water system which was just too small for our needs. So, not having natural gas, I purchased a continuous electric hot water system because 1. I was tired of running out of hot water in the shower and 2. To free up space in the laundry with its compact design. It only took 3 days to arrive from my initial contact with Felice, who was a delight to deal with, keeping me informed the whole time and offering support if needed, which is great after sales service. Thank you to everyone at HWP, the pleasure was mine!

Hot Water Professionals deserve their 5-star rating. They are very competent professionally and the technical staff (plumbers and others) really know how to install hot water systems. Also the staff are friendly and polite. We can thoroughly recommend HWT.

We recently had our old hot water system replaced with a heat pump system. The new system is great and so much better than before. Even better than that however was the service we got from Hot Water Professionals. David is extremely knowledgeable and explained clearly and simply the pros and cons of the various options we had, making it easy to decide which system to go for. The installation was great as well, on time, polite and professional staff, left no mess. I highly recommend them.
