The work we had done was basement waterproofing. DC Basement Waterproofing gave us the quote and completed the work all within a week. Price wise, they were not the lowest but far from the highest. I researched the company (via Google etc) and read the reviews which were excellent. The work itself was completed in less than a day. The dust was minimal and didn't permeate the entire house, which I was more than a bit happy about. The staff was polite, respectful, and professional. After the work was done, the area was cleaned-up. The company did a follow-up within a few days to make sure we were satisfied with the work and condition of the work area. Customer service and aftercare are excellent. Although our basement didn't 'flood' per se, we were getting a bit of a water trickle in one corner, when we had pouring rains. We needed some drainage work done to prevent flooding in our garage. DC gave us a great price and acted quickly. They were on time and worked efficiently. Everything went smoothly. They cleaned up after themselves and we are very happy with the result.

We've hired DC to do 2 jobs to-date. Once to do cold-cellar waterproofing, and again to do sump pump replacement with battery backup. After getting water in our basement we called DC to come take a look. Doug was great, he came and listened to us, helped us come up with solutions, and worked with us to figure out what was right for our situation. He was always responsive to emails, he was reasonable and up front with time frames for the project, and how it would proceed. We ended up getting a new battery backup sump pump, a back water valve, a new concrete pad(which looks spectacular), a new window, and about half our house waterproofed from the exterior. His crew were great, super professional and polite, on time, and worked diligently. We liked DC we called them for my in-law to have work done as well. Thank you for all your hard work!
