Glen was polite and very knowledgeable. He isolated the leak and blockage within five minutes and fixed the problem without issue.

Michael was early and thank goodness for his patience, effectiveness and efficiency. He was able to assess and get the job completed as requested. Plus he was kind to my cats. I found the Company's number on the side of one of their vans, when stuck in a traffic jam one night. As the company's name and number is advertised clearly and in large font, it all helped make contact easily and get this job completed successfully by Michael. Thanks to Ruby too.

100% Plumbing arrive on time, take their boots off at the door and are prepared to work on our wonky old apartment that constantly throws up challenges - they never give up! All staff from the office to the plumbers that attend onsite, listen, are respectful and pass on information about what they're doing for our benefit.

I have a really great experience with 100% PM. They came in the time line they said they would. They were pleasant and professional when introducing themselves and they got the job done quickly and efficiently. Was happy enough to call the company to thank them and do a review. I usually wouldn't bother.
