11-15-2023 19:55Great reliable service.Iv been there numerous times to have batteries, screens and just the other day, a new front facing camera.Vivian was the technician and she is the absolute best. I don’t think there is a problem she couldn’t deal with and really knows her stuff. A real pleasure to deal with. Best phone repair shop on the coast. Thanks PTC.

08-24-2023 00:40I use this store as my ‘Go to’ for all mobile phone issues/ accessories. It’s convenient, well stocked and reliable. On 2nd Oct I purchased am item which, ultimately, I believe was not fit for purpose. It was replaced 20th Nov with my ‘free replacement’ but, I wasn’t happy about using the free replacement for what I considered faulty item. I didn’t feel like I was really heard at the time. However, when the replacement then failed 1st Dec 2023 it was replaced with a different product. And, even though the new item was $10 dearer, I wasn’t required to pay the difference. Have logged a review on ‘Product review’ specifically about the product. However, overall I am very satisfied with the service I ultimately received from PTC Runaway Bay u0026 will continue to go there..
