Great location and reception staff were lovely. Unfortunately the rooms were very dirty, the carpet was filthy (it stained the bottom of our socks brown it was so bad), dust on nearly every surface (especially window ledges), balcony drain was blocked due to leaf litter, I had to clean the dust and grime ring from bath before I could bath my 3 year old and the emergency evacuation plan had been removed from the back of our room door which I think is a major safety issue.
