Officeworks West Gosford

It can be sometimes difficult to find a free staff member, but when I do, the excellent service that ensues more than makes up for it! !!

I needed a couple of printing jobs and the young lady could not be more helpful. She even assisted me with choosing the frames and fitted the posters

Good for everything needs for school, this time for my little girl calculator. Staffs really helpful and have service mindful. Always go to this shop for printing and office stuff.

Drove all the way there for a A1 high quality print. He says oh you have to book. I asked how long it takes. Oh about 2 minutes. Can you do it then? (Staff standing around doing nothing). He says no. 😂 Won't go there again. The Camera House Erina just did it for me on the spot. Such good quality too. So happy

Well, isn't Emily a little treasure. If she's not a manager yet. Promote that lady. Friendly, efficient, kind. Made my day. * and she ended the curse of my superannuation printed form!!!

Very poor and rude service when it comes to resolve problem. Giving printing job to the counter is not more helpful than printing it yourself when they can not deal even with the smalest complication. Supposingly you pay more in there for professional advising right? Avoid the West Gosford Officeworks shop if you don't want to ruin your day and have a stressful time. Very bad and disgusting attitude by one of the customer service people in printing area.

Travelled twenty minutes each way to shop at West Gosford Officeworks only to arrive home 10 printed party invitations short of my order. Returned the same day after travelling again and was given the extra10 invitations I needed on a different inferior quality of paper. Management needs to assess their staffs competence and skills so customers are provided with a service they have paid for.

Went in today to get a book printed for Father’s Day, which I’ve had done a few times with no problems at Tuggerah. However Aidan at West Gosford doesn’t know how to print double side. I’d avoid the unhelpful staff and head to Tuggerah if you have the option they are much more helpful
