I contacted Matt several times to fix our solar water heater. He did a good job the first 2 times, each lasted for a year. During the last 6 months, his service has got significantly worse. We needed to contact him 3 times every 1-2 months to fix the water heater. The first time is ok as it has been a year. The second time he blame the ants for spoiling the thermostat and we need to bear the cost although it is just 2 months. The third time we hired an electrician who said the thermostat was not installed correctly. Matt didn't take the responsibility but just changed a new thermostat for us. Matt told us his service is 1 year guarantee. Only one month after that, the water heating fails again. This time Matt said they cant help an told me to hire electrician. Matt does not even come to check and already concluded it is due to electricity. He also said only the thermostat is under guarantee... We are very disappointed about the customer service altitude and irresponsibility. Update: A plumber from Matt's team finally came and replaced a set of thermostat and other elements for us with no charge. The hot water was back. Not sure how long it would last but at least Matt's team has been helpful.
