Like all Coles shell servos, usually the first to raise prices and nearly every time the most expensive. Comparison for 98 octane on 20/11/20 to the BP about 200metres down the road, 12cents per litre more expensive, equates to $8 a tank in my car.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Shell Petrol in Fyshwick today, September 23, 2025, around 12:30 PM. The staff's behavior was simply unacceptable. While they were busy with something unrelated, they carelessly blocked my car with a trolley, and when I honked for their attention, their response was not only rude but included offensive language. This lack of professionalism and customer service left me deeply frustrated. It's concerning that such incidents can happen at a Shell station, a brand I have always associated with high standards. It raises questions about the training and management at this location. I sincerely hope that Shell takes this matter seriously and addresses it promptly. Such experiences are detrimental to the reputation of the company, and I believe that action should be taken to ensure this doesn't happen to other customers in the future.
