A deceitful and dishonest business! We were quoted for a real James Hardie product and paid for it. The quote even included the same product code as per James Hardie website. The delivered product to site was a fake cheaper alternative, which is half the cost! Rang up and the business refuse the accept responsibility and refuse to credit us back! Will definitely never use them again!

This lovely driver for WA Timber Sales took a corner this morning and went into my lane, causing me to take evasive action by swerving and sounding my horn to avoid a collision. The driver then sped up beside me, sounded his horn and decided to brandish his rude finger out the window at me aggressively for the inconvenience I caused him by driving along according to the road rules. What a great company!

Bought some timber from them today and found the service and product excellent. I was told to go into the yard and speak to the boys about my purchase u0026 collection and found everyone I spoke to couldn't be more helpful. Price was good and service was outstanding. Thumbs up!

My advice is not to buy your timber here. But if you do, be prepared to be insulted by the unbelievably arrogant management. The staff in the yard were friendly and helpful, but is it just me or do they seem downtrodden by bullying management.
