Glen and the team at Allan Stratton are fantastic. Ladies, I would strongly recommend that if you don't have a regular mechanic, you go to Glen. Always honest, never overcharges, and very respectful. As a female owner of an HSV Maloo, it took years to find an honest mechanic. Can't praise the business enough. I've been going there for over 7 years now.

I highly recommend Allan Stratton Automotive!! They have continually gone above and beyond. From services to new parts, even fixing other machinics mistakes. Their staff are all amazingly polite and well knowledgeable. They also supplied a loan car, which made the experience so much less stressful. Also allow early and late drop offs. Great prices and i always drive away without a worry at all!!! Thank you to everyone who works there, it is so nice having a reliable mechanic!!!

At 5:00am this morning, my car overheated on the way to work. Southport was the closest suburb so I decided to stop and let the car cool down and search online for a nearby mechanic. I read some google reviews and decided that Allan Stratton Automotive Repairs sounded the most promising! I was there an hour before opening time but as soon as Jeff arrived to open the shop, he came out and had a chat and reassured me that as soon as his staff arrived, they would get to work on diagnosing the issue. Jeff shouted me a coffee and true to his word, as soon as his staff arrived they were stuck into finding out what was wrong! The mechanic was very thorough with his diagnosis which made me feel very comfortable that my car was in good hands. 2 hours later and I was back on the road with the issue sorted! Extremely happy with the service and the price was very reasonable considering all the work which was involved. Thanks again to Jeff and the guys at Allan Stratton Automotive Repairs. I wish all mechanics were this genuine and reliable!

I have been a customer of Allan Stratton Automotive for nearly 10 years now. I love the personal service I receive from the guys and of course the gorgeous Lavinia. The guys have always taken 100% care of my vehicles over that time, so much so they now service the 8 or so vehicles we have at my place of work. I had a vehicle brake down and towed here. Their diagnostic work was done very thoroughly and in a timely manner for a great price. Their customer service was amazing and the overall communication was fantastic. This will be where I take my vehicles from now on.
