If I could give Bilal a 10 star review I would. My serpentine belt broke this morning. I called him and said I was a bit desperate to get this fixed. He said yup no problem because he realized it was an emergency and got me in that same afternoon. So grateful to have had him squeeze me in and his price was less than a dealership. Great service, very friendly and helpful guy, will definitely be back with future car problems. Highly recommend!!!!!

This morning I brought my Audi Q5 - 2012 for changing engine oil, Bilal and Mike treated us extremely well. The service was so wonderful with very reasonable price. They just moved to new location with roomy and nicer location ( 12567 - 128 st NW ). I will come back here for coming service. Wish Bilal a bright and succesfull bussiness.

I'm so impressed with this shop. The owner knows his vehicles and is super honest. there is no long lead times for appointments and its a very fast turn around time to have your vehicle repaired. My wife and I brought in our Porsche and F-150 Pickup for repairs and service. Balil is such a gentlemen , very courteous. Master mechanic! His new location is 12567 128 street northwest, I’d recommend him to anybody and everybody! He does his plug in diagnostic for $50 and waves it if you get your repairs at his shop done and honest prices!

Bilal is honest and fair! One time he had to uncover a complicated electrical problem and after many hours solved it, but charged me a fair price rather than gouging me for the extended labour! Another time recently, I was told by another shop that the power issue I was having with my Volvo was not simply a fuse problem, so I had Bilal look at at it anfd guess what? Simply a fuse! He not only told me the truth instead of taking advantage, but he also didn't bother charging me because it was so easy! Amazing integrity, which is rare in auto mechanics! Customer for life!
