09-21-2023 05:15Been to Edward St store twice. Customer service doesn't exist. No greeting, no thank you. Basic abrupt answers to questions and then walk away before you have time to ask another question, that's if you can get the attention of the numerous staff walking around making sure the spacing of the coat hangers are equal distance apart.

09-14-2023 15:30It is my first time order online to COS and it is very inconvenience without the exchange policy in store. I bought online and the size guide does not work well as all. I received the jacket cost $299 and too big. I wanna to exchange in store but COS is not available. Asked me to return and get full refund to get money within 14 days then have to order again. The customer service call asks me to go to the store but my area does not have COS. I will not travel 1.5 hours to come and try then order online. Also I have plan to travel international this weekend. Then No chance to get the item before my travel. It is very inconvenient plus not too much option for customers. I have been used a lot of COS product and this will be my last time to go with COS. Waste my time and my money. Will not return with your service.

07-21-2023 12:03I must say the service/in store experience and general product range at this COS is hands down the worst in comparison to any other COS store in the country, esp coming from Melbourne where the service is top notch with a variety of choice when it comes to garment styles. Here you walk in, don't get greeted or get looked at strangely or sometimes even head to toe. I sometimes wonder wether the staff on the floor hate working there. Theres also one female employee who looks ultra miserable every time you walk in the store which just ruins your mood. Went in the other day and enquired about some sizes in a garment, of which if the guy managing the store that day actually paid attention to what I was telling him he couldve avoided wasting 10 mins of both his and my time SMH..#trainyourstaffincustomerservice! If stores with lower price points in the city have better service, theres no reason why your stores staff cant either.

05-04-2023 19:27I visited the store for the first time, and it was clean and the staff was friendly. It was best not to burden the staff!!So I was able to look at the clothes comfortably and try them on^^ I will use this place often from now on. But one thing that's unfortunate is that I didn't get the dust bag of the bag. It would have been more perfect if the staff had taken care of it and put it in.
