Once I got it home I had an issue that my chair was just a bit too low for my standing desk and within the hour they had delivered a new chair right to my place at no charge. I highly recommend these guys if your in the market for any type of office chair. They're down to earth good guys, they know their stuff and won't try to upsell you anything like I've experienced elsewhere. Very happy with my experience here.

They have great communication between each other and will pass on your messages and get back to you in a timely manner.
