11-25-2023 14:15Was skeptical after the consult visit because the nurse we had that day, Tori was not pleasant at all. The day of surgery my stepson was very scared. Thankfully a nurse Krystal was there that day and made this the best experience. She is wonderful at her job and is very caring. You could always use more people like her. Dr a Parker was awesome also. But I have to give a special thanks to Krystal. If we can always have her as our nurse our family will always use OMSA.

10-27-2023 11:58Tuesday, October 24th I got a call from someone at the office asking if i’d be willing to change my appointment to an earlier time I said I wouldn’t be able to because the person taking me already gets off late around 3 am and needs to get some rest before driving me. The person on the phone at that time was very understanding. Thursday, October 26 at 10:43 am I had a missed call from the office then I received a voicemail from Felecia offering me an earlier appointment time. The same day I received 3 more missed calls at 12:28, 12:29, 12:30 pm (I have a busy job so I wasn’t around my phone at these times to answer). Then at 12:29 pm I received a voicemail that my appointment had been moved to 9:10 am because Dr. Johnson was going to be out of the office later that day. Which is okay because life happens maybe he had something going on family wise but how do you go from asking if I’m willing to take an early time at 10:43 am to changing my time 12:29 pm that same day. I definitely feel as if the office knew I needed to come in earlier but was trying to see if I was willing to take an earlier time on my own. If I have to pay $50 to cancel or reschedule my appointment before 24 hours of my surgery time then how should the office just be able to change my time not even 24 hours before my surgery. I called at 1:06 pm after getting all the missed calls and voicemails to see what was going on the lady on the phone was not very nice. Other then this, the team that helped Dr. Johnson get my wisdom teeth out was awesome! Didn’t get the lady’s name but thank you to the white lady who was in pink scrubs Friday, October 27th for helping me get out to the vehicle!

10-25-2023 23:49I would like to thank Dr Parker his administrative assistant Shawna Surgical assistant Tori and Kaoi for taking care of my son he was so scared and yall made his feel comfortable and he didn't even realize that you put the iv in and I can't thank yall enough this place is so kind and helpful with any questions you might have

10-05-2023 23:03Received a consultation today with Dr Jung. She was very politewith good bedside manner, and took time to explain the details. She also gave suggestions and did not make me feel that she was over selling me services. I have no idea if the pricing was comparable to others that provide the same services, besides it's just expensive!!

05-28-2023 14:04I was referred here because I had an impacted wisdom tooth that was cracked and infected. I was in intolerable discomfort and pain. They did not answer the phone when my dentist called to set up my consultation appointment. This was on a Thursday. I called the rest of the day Thursday, Friday, and Monday with no answer until Monday afternoon . When I finally got to speak with someone a young lady answered the phone, and had me on hold for 15 minutes, then picked the phone back up and hung up. So, of course, naturally I got upset. I then had to call back approximately four times to get an answer. It was a man, he was very nice and apologetic. He scheduled my appointment for Tuesday. Me thinking because today is Monday. My appointment is tomorrow. I had to ask him what time because I guess I was supposed to automatically know that my appointment was at three, and this is when they do consults. Remind you, I am going through excruciating pain with his broken wisdom tooth. I show up the next day which was Tuesday and the lady at the front desk says that my appointment is the following week I was very upset again, and I explained to the lady that there is no way I can wait a whole 7 more days just to get a consultation, filling the way i do. I don’t know what magic she pulled, but they were able to see me without an appointment that day and my surgery was scheduled for the next day. An upset patient turned into a very Happy and pleased patient. They took very good care of me. From the time I walked into the surgery room to the time I got into the car was every bit of 30 minutes. Once the numbing medicine wore off, I still did not feel any pain in my mouth. Maybe just a faint pain, but nothing excruciating. By far the best dentist, I have been to .Dr. Parker and his staff are phenomenal. Definitely will recommend to anyone that is looking to have dental surgery.
