Officeworks Morley

I really value Officeworks but the staff are largely very unfriendly. I had to visit twice today and each time at the check out no greeting and no thank you. Customer service is critical to a business and it would appear Office works staff aren’t trained in it. A warm hello and thank you everyone wins; staff as well.

Over the last few weeks I really struggled with a project that had a deadline. Finally, the day before it was due, Siti (who was very helpful) kindly put me in touch with Jenn whose service was nothing short of exemplary. What a credit she is to your team. Jenn went above and beyond to assist me with this project. She was knowledgeable with regards to both, your services and products, listened patiently and carefully to my needs and, was exceptionally efficient using her creativity to support my vision. I honestly could not thank her enough. Unlike some of your other branches, in future, when I require your services again, it will definitely be with your friendly team at Morley OfficeWorks. An enormous thank you Jenn, your work was simply brilliant and so well received.

First time shopper without the wife amazing patience helping me i lined up 2 more times beautiful caring professional little angel of a lady was 100% courteous i got what i wanted which was complicated thank you young lady. There were some stressed people in some of the lines but people its not McDonalds good service takes time car park worth waiting for i wish i could give you guy's a 10 stars.

Sue is nice and friendly，helped me ordered the product I was looking for and also helped me checked whether any other stores got more stocks. Thanks for her time and patience. I really appreciate.

This store employs people who will frustrate you to no end with their incompetence. Massive queue of people and one of them decides that was a good time to go for a coffee. Anotherstands by doing nothing while the printing line is huge. What a show this store. Come with plenty of spare time

Waited in the printing queue for 10mins watching the line get longer and longer whilst only one staff member worked (as always). Ended up leaving after waiting at the front of queue for over 5mins, the only staff member still cutting another customers prints. I’ll order my printing through Vista Print. It’s the same long wait at officeworks every time and always due to a lack of staff not a high volume of customers.

This is usually my favourite store, but tonight.. disappointed.. waited 25 minutes to print something. No one said hello, neither could 1 of the 4 other staff walking around and chatting jump on the printing side.. Can staff not be trained to assist? The poor girl behind the counter had a line of people to serve. This is the second Officeworks store I’ve had a problem with in regards to printing. If it wasn’t my workplace asking me to, I would be handwriting - it would be quicker! Took 1 minute to print… frustrating

Got some items from Officework and there was one person serving at the counter. Another 2 staff members could see a line that was building from 2 people out to 9 people. I waited at 2nd position in line for over 10 minutes while other staff members behind the counter played on their phones by the till, exchanged a laugh and the exited the counter to the annoyance of the whole line. It wasn't until I asked if one of the staff leaving could help serve the people who have been waiting, watching the staff members play on their phones that we got some service. Everyone was so frustrated that they applauded my efforts to get a little bit of service. Just remember, without customers your wages don't get paid!! Don't neglect the hand that feeds you. Appalling customer service, as usual.
