10-31-2023 14:45The Good Guys are not so good. Zero customer service. Was not helped in the store at all, had to walk around to find my own way to the vacuum cleaner section. No one was available to help me as I wanted to buy one and had some questions. No one in sight. Even the few staff I did see low-key avoided making eye contact with me. So I left. I will be taking my money elsewhere.

10-26-2023 19:56I bought a Vertue Nespresso coffee machine from this store, a couple of months ago, used it only for two months then it started not working properly and I had some issues with the machine. Took it back to the shop, was told that they would send it for repair. Waited more than a few weeks. Didn’t hear anything from them l, went to the shop today and was told that I have to wait for another couple of weeks. I told the store manager that I have paid a lot of money on coffee over the past few weeks because we didn’t have the coffee machine and would like to return the coffee machine and get a refund because it doesn’t make any sense to wait more than a month to have your brand-new coffee machine fixed. Then I was told that I wouldn’t be able to do it and I have to contact DeLonghi, who makes the coffee machine myself and deal with the warranty!!!! I think this is not reasonable for me to deal with that part, because I bought this machine from good guys and I would expect them to deal with these issues themselves. It’s very disappointing!!!!

09-16-2023 12:21Terrible experience went there to purchase television told salesman i wanted interest free told cashier i wanted interest free paid with interest free card got home and found it just took the money as a debit payment . Rang them and they told me to come back and they would sort it . Waited an hour made to feel like I was at fault . Asked to see manager who apologized and said he would sort it out as delivery of tv was supposed to happen on the same day but because they had to cancel the delivery the debit payment could not be reversed until the next day the manager said come back the next day and he would cancel it and process it again but in the meantime he would ring Lattitude and find out some info and give me a 100 dollar discount . I messaged him and had no response I just ended up paying with a bigger cost and a waste of time . I will not be going back to them again

This gentle young man gave me the time of day, something I have come to miss when shopping at the big name stores. Will was considerate of my needs, didn't push and I felt that all of his recommendations were relevant without feeling like I was being upsold to high heaven. Will was respectful of my wishes, kept me informed and even followed up to ensure my delivery went smoothly! Thanks for making a stressful purchase a breeze Will! You were clearly raised right and have a bright future ahead.

04-16-2023 05:55Krystal at Good Guys Bundall saved my tech life today after this baby-brained, sleep deprived mama left her phone on the car roof (need I say more?) -and on D-day for stressful things to be happening!! She was reassuring, efficient, suuper patient and above all extremely knowledgeable. She had me and my nearly 1 year old baby connected to civilisation again in lightning speed. I can't thank her enough!! 10 stars out of 5. #notallheroeswearcapes

04-12-2023 13:08Unfortunately, when I visited the store, the assistant was initially starting to be helpful, but when he was interrupted by another customer, he went straight over to serve them without excusing himself. He did finally return, and the same thing happened again. I waited for quite a while, but he never returned, so I went to the service counter to find another salesperson. I finally got the service that was expected by the store manager. I am very disappointed with the conduct of the salesman at that store. Hope things improve.

04-03-2023 13:01I bought a $4000 refrigerator a year ago, still not happy with the experience, so I write this. The cooler drawer cracked for some reason, so I went back and asked the front desk for help, a female store manager came out and told me that I should contact the refrigerator brand myself, not the good guy. WOW???! The good guy really need to do their staff training, how a staff like her can be a manager? I buy everything from Harvey Norman now, if you want to buy anything here, think about that you may be treated discriminated and do yourself a service. There is no shopping guarantee at all.
