11-09-2023 15:20Unhelpful staff and customer service.. misleading when it comes down to product faults , information given was shaky at best , struggled to answer basic questions about the 12 month replacement warranty that was purchased as extra, trying to change the subject and only after repeating myself three times did they pretend to answer me. Product was only 3 months old, told me they didn't have the product in store to replace , then continued to upsell the exact product to me, lol..these obnoxious staff have zero care factor. Jb customer service and faulty product replacements use to be great and straightforward, Cheers muppets ✨

I think when you go and ask for advice honestly you should be able or confident to get advice Always being an advocate for buying locally and supporting local employment I am obviously wrong, and will change my ways I have just been told I needed approx $400 worth of products I didn’t need, won’t use and NEVER had to spend. Being an aged pensioner that is near a weeks money. All the manager could say is unfortunately I didn’t hear the conversation. DON’T BE STUPID LIKE ME.

10-25-2023 12:03Team in phone area are knowledgeable and great. We have finally replaced our 2 Oppo phones (a few months old) with quality brands that will hopefully be a huge improvement (our Oppos were constantly having to have screen replacements even with cases on and not being dropped - were a total waste of money)

08-11-2023 12:41Understaffed as hell and its so difficult to get good customer service. There was one person at the counter and sales staff chatting away instead of assisting. On one occasion I watched an older male sales staff (above the age of 50, gray hair) call one of the counter staff pet names and the poor girl looked so uncomfortable and close to tears while he was laughing. Another time a different staff member (also above the age of 50, gray hair) even kissed a counter staff's head as a greeting. No one should do those types of things and cross boundaries with someone who looks decades younger. Those people should be reprimanded and face consequences. Do better.

06-24-2023 05:09Went in for a specific product, all staff I interacted with were quite disinterested in helping, with one being just plain rude and cheeky. I generally remember JB being helpful and friendly when you're looking for stuff so this was a disappointing surprise (Well, a few of them). Won't be back.

03-22-2023 07:27I understand its hard to find staff, and I have no issue with any nationality, but I need to understand them. I couldn't understand the door person, so I just went in the general direction she was pointing. When I couldn't find an advertised product, a friendly staff member asked if I needed help. He said the sale items are behind the register desk. A sign saying the sale product is behind the desk would have been most helpful as I spent ages trying to find it in the section it would normally be. The three stars are for the good price on the item.
