Absolutely recommendable. Everything is sorted in a really organized way even though it’s a lot of stuff. Tables are always clean and folded. Staff is absolutely amazing. Had the best experience with gorgeous Anja, Imara and Jade!! Energy is unbeatable, you get greeted with smiles and the advice is really appreciated. They genuinely know what they’re talking about and will assist you until you’re happy. Manager is doing a great job and experience was best retail experience I had in australia! Clothes are extremely cute as well and prizing reasonable! Must do shopping experience!! Much love to these ladies!!

Shopped at General Pants Co at South Wharf and was served by Caleb. (please excuse me if I spelt the name incorrectly) Caleb had the beat customer service and wlvery helpful. He explain the discounts available and even assisted with the parking discount. So friendly, nice, informative and all with a genuine smile 😃 100% fantastic customer service.

I was served by this amazing and helpful lady Sascha, who went out of her way to make sure I got exactly what I came for and styled me up. She was especially helpful in jeans, when I had no luck all day and made me feel so welcome and valued. Need more staff like her!!!
