Very Disappointed with the service, We where running 3 minutes late for appointment and receptionist ask to wait for an hour and after one hour they said to look for another clinic as the doctor is not available, Not professional at all

Worst clinic ever seen so far. Don’t go if you’re an international student because they don’t really care. Was in there for an emergency situation because I was having difficulty breathing. Waited for two hours and every one who were behind me went in but not me. I told the front lady I was really suffering but she didn’t care at all. Ended up canceling the appointment myself and getting out of it.

Easy to book an appointment via phone app 24/7, great staff, never have trouble getting an appointment.

Dr Jennifer Bowler is a blessing to the university community. She's very thorough, caring, compassionate, and obviously loves what she does.

I have had a good experience so far with all the staff in the clinic. All of the ladies at the reception desk are helpful. Special shout out to Dr. Bulcraig u0026 Dr. Bowler who have helped me in my respective medical conditions.

It is a very good clinic from a start of your journey seeking health care(booking appointment online, no waiting) to the end. I especially recommend Dr Eniko Ujvary. she was the first GP after a long time that did a thorough history and made sure that she had checked everything. listened to me very well.
