I will never forget!!!! So I worked their quite a while ago, but what they did was so damaging. I will never forget the 2 girls I worked with that were employees on heavy drugs there. They wanted something from me, that I was not willing to give. (Physical) They accused me of saying horrid things, and I was forced out of the company by a circle of girls that believed them! Hopefully management, has started drug testing, and background checks. THEY WERE WRONG! And I still remember that horrible scenario. If its the same hiring process for the regular staff (not doctors) lmao. I feel horrible for the patients. I hope they come at me, I'm not intimidated anymore!

spent an hour trying to call and go online to make an appointment after my doctor referred me here, i am just going to call my primary care doctor back and ask for a different referral and if im having this kind of problem re contacting them after a missed call well i am afraid of what will happen if i was to become a regular patient. good luck getting to chat or talk to someone its re directs after re directs and if that's how a business is ran well its not very professional, i can see why the low rating now.

I used to think waiting for the IRS to answer the phone was a fate worse than death but I recently found something worse...this clinic. In the last 90 minutes, I have sat on hold for a total of 72 minutes. I keep giving up at the 30 minute point and then call back to be told absolutely, I am transferring you to someone who will answer! Never happens. My son desperately needs to see someone for his follow up migraine appt but I have spent no less than 5 hours this week trying to reach the very special person who is allowed to re-schedule. If you don't have a terrible migraine disorder when calling, I guarantee you will after you try to reach anyone at this clinic. It's almost comical except I can hear the blood pressure rushing in my ears right now. I was raised by a doctor and worked in a clinic and I've never experienced anything like this place. It's quite unbelievable.

I had been a patient for several years. In 2014, I missed a bill of $37. Dr Clark discharged me from Foothill Family clinic forever - I was banned from ever going back. I can't see another Dr, I can't go to PT, and can't do anything and I was informed that there is nothing that can be done. This clinic isn't truly about helping clients - the policies and procedures and are harsh and unconcerned about patients overall health. This is NOT what I would consider a Family oriented clinic. Don't subject your family to this treatment - and heaven forbid - don't overlook a $37 payment (even if you have questions about it!)

Called in to have labs sent to me and was told to set up a patient portal and call back. As soon as I called back the front desk woman was immediately annoyed that I was asking for my labs and said I couldn’t receive them because the portal is not working. I explained I called in 5 minutes ago and was told to set up this portal. She sighed and rudely told me to hold on. She finally gets back on the phone and says to check if I received them and i ask where they’d be located and she says “ I don’t even know” i thanked her and ended the call. I am a healthcare professional and all I needed was my labs, if patient care isn’t a priority they need to hire new people.

It is not everyday that you can say that a doctor discriminates against a disabled but that is what happened when my wife tried to get a telehealth appt with Dr Eborn. I explained that my disabled wife was unable to leave the house and needed a telehealth visit. They refused saying it was their policy not to do telehealth visits on the first visit. It is a shame they do have a anti-discrimination policy.

Going to a clinic is annoying, but it makes it a lot better when you have to fill out the easy new patient survey and by the time you're finished filling it out the doctor's pretty much done seeing you. YES, I was really that fast. I checked in for my appointment sat down in the waiting room and wrote my name and date of birth on the paper just in time to have my name call to go back to see the doctor.
