09-19-2023 10:55Honestly.. the staff here are amazing. Super welcoming and friendly. Had to exchange online purchases, they could not be more accommodating. One of the best customer experiences I’ve had.. bonuses should be on the cards for the staff at this store. I’ll only go here from now on.

06-25-2023 21:27Excellent customer service. As soon as I walked in I was politely asked to check in (Covid) which shows that the store takes Covid seriously. I was assisted by the store manager Angie in buying a pair of hiking/walking boots and her knowledge of the Macpac products was first class. I wear an orthotic and Angie was able to identify the boots that would be suitable. The first pair of boots that I tried fit perfectly. Thanks to Angie and her staff in excellent customer service.

04-26-2023 12:04First time coming into contact with Macpac. Had planned visit a near by store and thought I'd pop in to see what Macpac offered. Expectly since I do a fair bit of camping, 4x4 and other outside sports plus have worked in the Automotive and retail industry for over 20+ years. I left with a bitter taste in my mouth. Staff where rude! Condescending! and our right ill informed on products. To the point i felt embarrassed for the company. One gentleman stood out to me. He commented on my Vintage Christian Dior SE limited addition hangbag. I relayed politely with a thank you and it's a Dior. Ending the conversation as I was busy absorbing the atmosphere surroundings in. He then proceed to belittle and gossip within ear shot about myself and the Dior bag. I do not expect everyone to understand designer brands or have an appreciation for the items. Although a smart sales person who had realised quickly I had money and would protentially be interested in spending it today. None the staff approached me. Instead I was felt I needed to interrupt the sales team private conversation to get any service. Membership wasn't offered or explained either without me prompting the sales assistance. I encourage management to retrain all staff in customer service and basic retail training. As this let's down the hard work the design and stock controller dedication for the presentation of the store which is tidy and aesthetically pleasing.

04-10-2023 02:05On a positive note, the staff are friendly and there is a reasonable range of low to high quality products depending on your budget. However the staff don't seem to have a very good knowledge of their products and I found far cheaper elsewhere. That being said, they do offer price match guarantee. Overall not impressed. When I'm going in to spend several hundred dollars on something I would like to get some feedback on the product before I purchase.
