Cotton On

Refuse to pick up phone... lost purse , trying to ring and ask if they’d found it. Added an extra top on my bill that wasn’t purchased, just lucky I checked. Very poor form Cotton On... get better staff! 🥵

I was looking for fleece lined track pants for home in winter. They had a large range of colours. I bought 2 pairs.

Good Service with semi friendly staff. Some purchases were made and regreted. When trying to return it was a big hustle. Overall, clothes are nice, can't say the same about the staff.

Absolutely disgusting (NO) customer service Thursday September 3rd 2020! We were in the store for 15 minutes, and were not acknowledged once in any way by the two staff members. The manager Christine continued her conversation (loudly) with the junior staff member, who followed her around the shop with her phone and coffee! The only communication we had, was when our daughter went to pay for her purchases. PS, I didn't want to give this review any stars, but wouldn't let me post without doing so! WE WON'T BE BACK 😡

Very friendly staff. I always go here with my friends. The products are very high quality. Slay cotton on.

Admittedly I complained to a sales assistant when there were so many, too many, nice clothing and footware items in Cotton On. I am writing though due to the friendliness of staff. On this occasion March 13th, 3.30pm I found a sales girl with 1 seriously inked right arm to be forthcoming, pleasant, friendly. This was highlighted to me retrospectively and in comparison to the opposite type of sales girl in the Vitamins and health shop across the road behind the book shop.
