Country Road - Norwood

I have recently purchased quite a number of items online and as sizes were not quite right I needed to to contact store to see about exchange and if they had stock of what I needed. Trying to get through to a store is impossible! You call up and they say you will get an sms and then a call and you never get either! I tried the online chat and they say it takes up to 48 hours for them to connect you even though you have already waited a week! Apparently just to talk to someone in a store is impossible! I would normally just drive to store but as they are quite far away I wanted to ensure stock before I did. Will be rethinking further shopping with country road. Calling David jones stores however are really easy and lovely helpful staff.

The staff at this store do not know how to greet customers. They don't look up from what they are doing, and when they do, they look straight through you. I return to this store only because of the product and the store's close proximity to home.

Very friendly, personalble and helpful staff, have not experienced this level of customer service in a long time.

Great store to buy. The convenient location and the friendest crew taking care of my buying. I'll be back.

Large shop with loads of great stuff. Staff member was quite rude. Did not greet, help or make any effort at all.
