I was in the store buying clothes for my grandchildren and the staff were so helpful and obliging, went over and above in customer service. Lovely store, lovely staff.

As a customer who also works with the general public, I found an older employee/ manager to be very unprofessional. Standing at the counter gossiping about other employees, rolling her eyes and shaking her head about them. I was there to purchase a gift, not to listen to the unfounded venom of a very nasty woman. I will not return.

Nice big store. They dont have all their online products available though and you have to go the the store where it is available. Couldnt be bothered as I had limited time.
