Very helpful staff. Thought my phone charging outlet was not working she checked it by charging it in using their cable and it worked. No problems just my charging cable. Will be my goto place from now on. 🤩😀

Replaced my broken iPhone XS phone screen, only for it to become completely unusable days later. Had to purchase a new phone and they didn't offer a refund for their faulty job. Should have informed me of the risks with the screen and wanted extra money to fix an 'internal' issue that didn't exist until they 'fixed' the screen. Disappointing and a waste of money.

I bought a cover for my new iPad and Apple Pencil the man ensured me the pencil would connect (was brand new still in box when I took my pen and iPad to him) it in fact did not connect and I couldn’t use my pencil at all when the cover was on. I returned it and he would not exchange it or give me a refund. Stay away, they will happily take your money but won’t refund it when they sell you something dodgy. Not happy! Will not return and will warn everyone!

Probably the worst phone store in adelaide. Had a screen protector put on my S20+ with an otterbox case. Paid a premium for the protector. It came off 2 days later 'due to the case' as told arrogantly by the older 'Technician' fair enough. Took it back purchased a different case and they replaced the screen protector. Same issue. Case is no where near touching the protector. Will no longer be coming back or recommending this place.

WARNING DO NOT GO HERE. STAY AWAY FROM THE STORE. Don't go there. Got a glass screen protector that they have had to glue on which is fine. After inserting it they informed me i cannot use my finger print scanner on my S10+. Due to the screen case is too thick... fine i should have asked prior to putting it on. 2 months later my screen is coming off. First chance I got time off which was a month later to visit the store. They informed me it had to be within 2 weeks of when they started to come off sceen came off... asked for me to look for my receipt but said we really cant do anything anyways. REALLY? They wont refit it. They wont fix it. They just wanted a sale and do a dodgy fitting. Dont waste your money and go somewhere else!!!

Very clean , respectful, and helpful staff, as a senior needs help, not always, is a customer told, to buy a new phone, and they have no time to help, in other it (Tec)places to trouble shoot, and send other clients off to POP UPS

The store is in a convenient location in the mall just around the corner from woolworths. The young lady behind the counter was able to find a cover for my phone that other stores could not . The service was great and they were able to fit a screen saver to my phone while i waited . would recomend 😀😀
