I just got my hair keratin smoothing last week, it was very disappointed i m not happy with that experience, i paid $500 but its not worth. i just waste my money and time. Not recomended!

Had an appointment with Jessie, no expectations. Wanted to treat myself and was open to any suggestions. Walked away feeling fantastic. Love my new hairstyle. Lovely salon, warm, welcoming and felt listened to. Thanks Jessie. Can't wait to come back in 6 weeks. 💕

The girls are so lovely and enjoy doing our hair. That makes or breaks a salon. Knowing that they LOVE making our hair look fantastic is why I always go to Rapture. I'm a wait once a year for a full touch up person and the girls who work here absolutely love a challenge and ensure we leave happy with amazing and healthy hair. Absolutely amazing with colour jobs. Keep up the fantastic work!

So disappointed; I live an hour and a half away from salon and took time off work to have my hair foiled. Left with extreme damage, drove back up the next day as call not answered looking for help. Was told no one could help and their policy was the stylist who did the service needs to fix it and I would have to come back. Was told they would call Monday or Tuesday. No contact. I called and text for help and finally got a text Friday saying I had to come in that day. Which I explained would impact me financially and it’s a long way to drive, no help offered just told that’s their policy. So left a week with broken damage hair and no help or support. Really disappointed and I still don’t know how to fix my hair. I just wanted a refund as I don’t trust them to fix my hair.

I would say the first experience for there has become lifetime visit because the hair cut I got was really nice and it suited on my face. I liked it a lot! Thanks for the best hair cut for me!

I booked a full head of foils, they told me I needed a test strand which was fine, however the girl began foiling a lot more of my hair. The test strand did not go well which I was grateful they then offered to correct it all and said the were unable to colour my hair which was fine. The correction process ended up costing me $60 and an hour and a half of my time. The staff were talking about not wanting to serve other customers and constantly switching with me and leaving me for extensive periods of time. Waste of time and money, cannot recommend. I left with my hair exactly the same except wet.
