From the moment my husband contacted Brendan to the moment Josh arrived at our door to replace our hot water system. Brendan kindly worked around us to get our new hot water system installed. Quickly without a fuss. Josh arrived in a timely manner and carried out his installation promptly and professionally, late on a Friday afternoon when most have gone home. Answered all our questions and queries. Even arranged for our old system to be picked up and taken away. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for great service and honest quotes for work carried out in and around your home. Even left us with a 10 year service plan with prices included. Brodie came today to check on what Water Corp App had diagnosed as a leak. He was so professional and friendly and after pressure testing my water supply, told me there wasn't a leak and the problem was related to my reticulation. My system is very old and needs maintenance and some of the sprinklers need replacing. Brodie was really genuine and personable and gave me the right advice instead of doing additional, unnecessary testing so he could charge more money. I highly recommend Hilton and Brodie in particular. They are an ethical company and he is knowledgeable and helpful. As a single, older woman, I've had some negative experiences with tradespeople trying to convince me to pay for goods and services I didn't need. I had read some of the reviews on the website before ringing Hilton and I can honestly say after meeting Brodie that I agree with all the 5 star ratings and good reviews. I won't hesitate to use them again if I have need for a plumber. They have a well deserved, excellent reputation and don't need to use high priced TV advertising (which no doubt is paid for by the customer in the end) to attract customers. I'm sure they get their work through reviews and word of mouth and I'm very happy to give them 5 stars. Thanks Brodie. It was good to meet you and my dog, Ruari, is a huge fan after the tummy rub as you were leaving!
