Greeted quickly by Bailey K., we were let to roam and Bailey would roam near so we knew he was there if we had questions. Purchase was easy and pain free. The manager (forgot her name, sorry) was friendly and engaging. This is my 4th purchase from Bob’s (Milwaukee mostly) and there’s a reason I come back. Great quality and friendly people.

We received our kitchen table and it doesn't go together. The bracket on the table top is not square and the top cannot be secured to the base. I called customer support and they had to send out a tech to make sure it was really broken. The tech arrived and confirmed that it is not square and not repairable. We called customer support and they said they see the note and they cannot refund us. How is this even possible!? We don't want a the table and don't want a new one from there. DO NOT BUY FROM BOB'S!
