Best place to go for specialty Mac u0026 Cheese. This is definitely a very “Wisconsin” place to eat! 😊

Just tried to place an order for a pick up(6:31pm). And first they placed me on a 5 min hold. Not bad, but then hung up. I called back only to be hung up on 4 more times. I really wanted the food😳. Anyway, I waited like 3 min. Called back and she answered. My mom got scared because the girl sounded so annoyed (has it on speaker to make the order easier) to take the call that at last the minute she told me to cancel the order. Cause she thought the girl was gonna spit in our food. I love Macs. But whoever was working the register that night was super rude and I didn’t appreciate it. I didn’t do anything to her and the attitude was unnecessary. Anyway, I’ll be back I guess just in person.

We went for lunch on Saturday and the staff was very friendly. The girl behind the counter explained the menu to us as we hadn't been here before. Definitely recommend the Three Little Piggies, the BBQ sauce was excellent! The chicken on my chicken bacon ranch was a little dry otherwise it would have definitely been 5 stars. We will be back!

Food is good when it's still hot, but when we show up 15 minutes before our scheduled takeout time and you promise you will put our takeout order on the takeout shelf when it's done, you should do that. Instead we sat and waited until 15 minutes after the promised time to go up to the counter and ask again, only to learn that our food was sitting there for who knows how long. I'm pretty forgiving on service but that is just pathetic...

They get busy and the food can take a while to make, but it's definitely worth the wait. Jalapeno popper Mac is my favorite. Portions are big enough that I can't eat dessert afterwards 😋

Coming to Wisconsin we knew we needed to try the cheese! My son looked up local eateries and found this place. It was neat to learn they are local and have been able to open multiple locations due to their success!
