We Fix It Phone Repair

Fantastic service. Checked phone battery and found it to be on its last legs, had a replacement on hand, replaced the battery that Samsung says cannot be replaced, phone works better than new! Young lady that did the work was professional, treated me with respect and kindness and exceeded my expectations.

Replaced my broken screen same day. The work was done quickly and professionally and the phone works great now. Very good customer service. It wasn't cheap, but I paid exactly what they quoted.

Screen was replaced perfectly at a cheaper price than what Apple does. The only problem was I thought I told them I wanted my battery replaced too, but they didn't end up doing it. They didn't charge me for it anyways, so I probably should have been more clear.

When I handed the phone to the person behind the counter, he specifically said he would call me when the repair was finished. 3 hours later I called to get an update, only to learn the phone has been ready for pickup for a while. Otherwise the repair was as advertised.

I had locked myself out of one of my devices. These guys were very courteous and helpful. I had it back the same day. I would definitely use them again!

Although the outcome was acceptable, the entire customer experience was lacking. If you’re only looking for your cell phone screen to be repaired look no further. If you’d expect to receive an acceptable amount of customer service I’m certain there are other options out there.

I love Batteries Plus Bulbs!! I totally trust everyone who works there. I bought a battery for my car there a coupe of months ago. It was $50 cheaper than at the dealer's u0026 took less time. Today I bought a battery for my IPhone. They don't try to upsell at all
