The worst customer service experience I've had in a long time. This store really represented O'Reilly's bad today. Brought in a battery just to get a simple refund and I had to go to a whole different store 20 mins away to get help. Ridiculous!

He sells you a different size, and when you return, they tell you that you cannot, and this is how your money goes .. I spent thousands of dollars in their store, but when I get a $16 refund, he tells you he can't
