Went to pick up machinery and ended up having issues with our truck. They were getting ready to close. These guys stayed and made sure our family was taken care of from start to finish. The hospitality was beyond exceptional. Look no further this is where you need to come! Ask for Mark Trippi, Ryan Epperly or Pierce Gasque; you can’t go wrong.

Had a fantastic experience renting from here, especially with Ryan who manages the rentals. After I called to schedule the rental, Ryan had a track loader delivered to me the very next day and even gave me a free upgrade to the next model because the one I had originally been quoted was unavailable. When my equipment had mechanical issues one evening, Ryan had a replacement to me early the next morning (an even nicer model). He also was generous with assistance when I got the equipment stuck (my own fault). The CAT loader was strong and reliable and allowed me to get my project done much faster than I expected. I was initially going to go with a different company (who I've also reviewed) which was a bit cheaper, but they dropped the ball on me. I highly recommend going with CAT, they will take good care of you.

Blanchard is a great company to help us with our Caterpillar needs. Friendly folks. Loaded my pallet of parts with a forklift so I didn't have to do anything but strap it down.

Yes, agree that they are hospitable and nice but overpriced and slow. They were recommended by Newmar as the authorized repair shop for the region. Took almost a month to repair the rear airbag on the RV. They had expressed that they were waiting for the part and I asked since it was not under warranty to look elsewhere. Now looking back at the receipt noticed that they charged over 150 to test drive the RV to determine a normal noise on the inside. Lesson learned.

Garbage of a place. Renting equipment from them is a hassle and they simply don’t wanna make money. Was gonna easily spend tens of thousands here renting equipment. Taking my business elsewhere.

Will not stand behind their work. Beware of taking your truck here. They do not stand behind their work.

Visited Blanchard on frontage road at White Horse Rd and was received well by Salesman, Blair Porter. My grandson and I were interested in information on renting an excavator. He listened to us and then presented us with a rental proposal and price. He was most helpful. We ended up buying the needed equipment but we will be renting other equipment in the future and know where we will go. Thanks Mr. Porter.

I am so pleased to say the customer service here was impeccable! We had such a bad experience at our previous place and Blanchard and Mark so much more than made up for it! And Mark brought out the mechanic, Laura when we had questions. The fixed everything to perfection on our RV. We will use you again!!! Thank you for great service and help!
