I stopped in to this location this afternoon to load money on my Chime Bank card, as Walgreens is one of the locations where you can deposit cash into your account. The cashier called for a manager due to their policy requiring manager approval. The manager was very rude when she came up, complaining loudly that they need to get rid of this because she is busy and always gets bothered and is tired of it. I felt that was very inappropriate, especially in front of a customer. It made me feel like my stopping in was a major inconvenience to her, even though it took her less than 10 seconds to type approval in to the register before she walked away. I felt bad for the cashier on duty having to deal with a manager with a poor attitude. I'll take my business elsewhere next time.

I'm really frustrated with this pharmacy. The communication is terrible between their staff. I came here inquiring about my daughter's covid vaccine and they knew nothing, they were not up-to-date on the new shot info from the CDC for immunocompromised patients. A few days later, the pharmacist called to say I was correct and I can schedule my daughter's vaccine. Weeks later, i schedule the vaccine and show up..they closed early for some reason so I was forced to go the next day. I go today, the next day, there's different staff members who know nothing about vaccinating immunocompromised children and get turned away. Unbelievable!

If I could give them 0 starts I absolutely would. The pharmacy is by far the worst I’ve had to deal with. I had a prescription sent in earlier part of July, that they only partially filled. After explaining to them that I’d be switching insurances and needed the rest of my prescription I was assured that I’d be getting it with no extra cost to me. Well not only did they fail to notify me that they no longer had the brand of prescription that I needed, but they also let my prescription fall off and now i am to pay for the entirety of my prescription because they failed to do they’re jobs correctly. I was never notified of anything, I had to call and show up to get answers. I’ll definitely take my chances elsewhere from now on. DO NOT use this pharmacy.

This review is for the Bayside Lakes Palm Bay location: Aubry is a true asset to your store! He is always present and asking customers if we need anything. He is very courteous and is always making sure the store is clean. If there was an employee of the year I would vote for him. As a previous Manager I know it is hard to find employees that truly care about their job. Keep up the great work!! You are appreciated.

Horrible services, pharmacist doesn’t seem to care for the patients needs at all.

One of the most horrible, incompetent representations of Walgreens standards. Horrible customer service, rudest and disrespectful pharmacy tech is a short w/f they recently hired. Their drive-through attendant forgets there are people in line with appointments, work for a living, and that's why there is an appointment. Instead of saying, I am so sorry for the delay, we are trying out best and will be with you shortly, her demeanor was if you can not wait, keep stepping. I got there 15 minutes earlier than my appointment and 15 minutes pass the schedule, I'm still waiting in line.

I was at Walgreens looking for milk and I couldn’t find it anywhere in the store. A nice employee there named Cameron helped me to find that and even assisted me finding the medicine I was there for! The way he took time out of his day and went above and beyond made this my go to Walgreens. Thank you Cameron and Walgreens team!
