I need an alternator for my Benz so I call them and I'll talk to a gentleman named Dan he had good great customer service he was friendly he ordered the part without me paying for it he didn't know if I was going to show up or not but I guess he took a hunch and felt like I was going to and I did the alternator was very expensive but I needed it and thank you Dan for all your good customer service and your employers

These guys really helped me out. I was having a bad morning trying to warranty out a Delco battery. After a frustrating experience at the local chevy dealer, where no one wanted to help me, I ended up at Stroud auto supply. They were really great. They didn’t have the battery there but they sent a driver out immediately and he was back with my battery in 15 minutes. Very friendly and helpful people. I will definitely be back in the future.
