McDonald's

The cashier at the drive through had a very hard time counting out my change. Math skills need some polishing. When asked for ketchup I was given 2 and told that was all they had. Had to figure out how to divide two ketchups between 3 large fries. Inventory needs to be taken better so customers who are paying outrageous amounts of money to buy the convenience of fast food....get their supply of Ketchup when asked. Quality Control also needs to be used more frequently. I can guarantee that my food has never come out to me looking like the picture on the menu. I don't mind paying the cost of the pictured food item, If I got the mouth watering burger I saw on the menu.

Clean and modern restaurant with quite a few dine in options, though it’s obviously focused on drive through and takeout. Good food, quick service, no complaints here.

This is a franchise that I have been frequenting my entire life up until three or four years ago. The price of their food has skyrocketed and it is no better than what it used to be. I will not pay $15 or $20 for lunch. Used to be a place you could go to for $5 and fill your belly. Now $5 doesn't even got you a medium sized soft drink. My heart is broken and I choose not by their food anymore because of the outlandish prices that they have put out. I much prefer Carl's jr. Or Burger King. They have a better burger and the price is not skyrocketed like McDonalds. Sorry, McDonald's was my first job and I would stay there for 4 years.

Everyone at that store is very helpful and pleasant except for Charlene. Charlene is EXTREMELY rude, mean, impatient, and VERY VERY unfriendly and unprofessional. She ignores customers as well as other door dashers and other gig workers. She yells at customers, talks and curses under her breath, but we can all still hear her. SHE DOES NOT DESERVE TO WORK FOR MCDONALD'S. I'll start taking my business elsewhere if something is not done about her. I have heard other customers complaining about her POOR attitude several times. Please address this problem asap. Something needs to be done about her. It's not our fault that she doesn't like her job. SHE IS A POOR EXAMPLE OF WHAT MCDONALD'S WANTS AND EXPECTS FROM THEIR EMPLOYEES.

The food was the same as always, makes you sick. But that's McDonald's. They have a 2 lane drive threw at this one. It helped me take cuts in front of a tard that didn't know how to order in a drive threw. This women was arguing with the speaker person, her husband had a look on his face.....I feel for the guy.

Received (2) McDoubles instead of the (2) Double Cheeseburgers I ordered. I've had this problem with this restaurant quite a few times over the years and I must admit I never checked the receipt to determine if the mistake was at ordering or in the packing. I took to being very specific and clarifying my order at the window as I'm paying and this seemed to fix the issue; I forgot to do so this visit. The burger was also packaged as a McDouble.

better cafe area than most in the surrounding region. the staff seems overworked and overwhelmed. maybe a sense of underpaid and overworked to result in a very okay-ish feeling of service and hospitality. it makes me wonder what the staff have to say about the management.

Here we go again and yet I’m still surprised, maybe because usually my occasional orders are simple. At least there was a quarter pounder in the bag. We ordered 3 happy meals with shakes and all of those were correct but were missing the nugget sauces, quarter pounder wasn’t even for my order, so whoever was 1214, hope you enjoyed mine. Drink lid reads “sip for joy” well I would have had there been a straw for me.
