04-26-2023 22:09This shop saved my life! I was having a serious issue with my recently replaced brakes not having stopping power. I was on a long trip from Vernal to SLC and called ahead from the road to see if they could help me, and was told that their specialty technician was in that day so I was in luck. I got the car into the shop and Jamie took the brakes apart and identified the issue, which was that they had been installed incorrectly. She was able to pull up a diagram and fix the issue by reassembling the brakes correctly and had me back on the road safely that same afternoon, no charge either! Jamie, if you see this, I am eternally grateful for your service. You truly cared about my safety and worked very hard to get me back on the road quickly so I could pick my wife up from the airport in a timely fashion. Management, if you are reading this and have an employee recognition program, Jamie needs to be recognized, she really went above and beyond and it showed!!
