09-08-2023 20:19Terrible customer service. Nobody knows what they're doing. It took 25min for a manager to show up and tell us we can't see the inside of a shed we wanted to buy right there. Not spending almost 4k without seeing the whole item. Manager just shrugged and walked away. My suggestion is shop elsewhere.

04-07-2023 16:36Homegrown Lowe’s hardware has always been a busy location versus competitor Home Depot nearby. Lowe’s is probably three to fours times as busy and traffic can slow down quick entry and egress. If one is brand loyal, traffic may not matter but if finding someone to help find an item, the competitor may be a better choice.
