10-22-2023 04:18Wow, I dare say the new Stretch The Noodle is even slightly better than the original owners! Overall the soup flavor is pretty much the same except… 1. We ordered the noodles medium spicy and felt it was the appropriate level of spice. Before, medium was not spicy enough, but the next level up was too much. 2. The meat has a bit more fat content than what I remember from the previous owners. This makes the meat more tender and less tough to chew. 3. The payment interface has recommended tipping starting at 10%, which we feel is more in-line with food trucks. Before it started at either 15 or 18%. We appreciate this move from the new owners. Keep it up!

06-14-2023 10:22Delicious hand made noodles you can watch them stretch and prepare while you wait. We ordered the biang bang noodles (wide hand stretched noodles in hot oil, garlic and black vinegar sauce) and the La Mian (savory beef soup with hand stretched noodles) They asked if we wanted mild, medium or spicy. We did what we thought was a safe bet and chose medium. It was still pretty high up on the spicy side and we are not spice wussies by any means. We will definitely be returning to try their other menu items.

03-20-2023 00:36Excellent hand pulled noodles. Both types of noodles were made in front of us, and both were fantastic. Pork and shrimp dumplings were also some of the best Ive had. Highly recommended! The neighborhood is a bit sketchy and there are a handful of shared public tables. Still worth it.

03-05-2023 08:58So I went during the Grand Opening of the Midtown Beer Garden, their new location. I got there and the line was decent but not too long. I quickly realized it would take a while to order and also get my food. For me it was worth the wait. I really enjoyed my noodles. Got the Chai Mian with Chicken and the Dumpling special. The food was great and I don’t regret waiting for my noodles. For those experiencing inconsistencies with their food, I would say give them another chance. They’re still figuring things out and they also had the longest line during the Grand Opening.
