They have mice and roaches ...they should provide rat poison and traps if they know they have them I don’t even want my stuff anymore i went in my storage mice poop all over my things

This place is a great place to store your extra items. The only thing that sucks is the hours of operation. They should stay open longer. And open earlier.

Great prices but that's where the positive ends. Mice/rat droppings throughout my storage unit. Ruining clothes and shoes. Staff is almost impossible to get a hold of when needed. If your unit is in a hallway, you have no access to it, unless the staff is on site. But, it's cheap, so I guess you get what you pay for.

Friendly staff, clean locations. And secure. Best value in storage in town. One day I left my key in the lock. They made sure my unit was secure and held my keys. They work with you if you're late.

Place is infested with mice. I had already made them aware that I had a few mice droppings a month ago and the guy at the office didn't even want to come and see the unit when I told him. Today I go to empty it and it was 3 times the mice droppings from when I made them aware. I empty the unit and didn't sweep it so they couldn' see it and they still want to charge me a $50 cleaning fee. Horrible place and Horrible management

Very pleasant experience. Man behind the counter was helpful, professional and friendly. Very reasonable rates and grounds were neat and clean. Even offered a move in special that wasn't previously advertised. Would definitely recommend

Good low prices. However if you do rent a unit please get the insurance to cover the unit. I did not purchase any and I had to throw out about 90% of my furniture due to damage from mice or rats. Almost everything has been destroyed by being chewed up on, peed on or rat poop. They do not disclose having an issue with rats or mice. I regret getting a unit there but it was in my budget and so now I'm screwed.
