I previously researched the item I was interested in and prefer to not have a salesperson assist me unless I ask, however Gayle introduced herself to me upon entering the store. When I told her what I wanted to look at, she knew where the item was located. She was so personable and knowledgeable which I appreciated. She demonstrated the features of the chair I was interested in and the benefits of having the protection plan. Thank you for having Gayle on your team. When I need more furniture, I will definitely ask for her!! If she is off that day, I will come back when she is working. Gayle is worth the wait!!

Steve was FANTASTIC in Nashua NH. He understood exactly what we needed and wanted to do. Was patient and helpful finding the best deals on the options we gave and helping us find what was in stock and ready to deliver. He saved us time and money explained everything in an easily digestible way with a Zero Pressure sales approach. He also showed the ins and outs of the furniture after we finalized the purchase just to ensure we had the best experience after delivery. Highly recommend this place not just for the prices but also for STEVE.

jeannette was awesome! very helpful and knowledgeable. she said she would call before 6 pm and like clockwork she did. we had to change our order and she was very accommodating. haven't received or merchandise yet but should be delivered within one week.

We arrived 30 minutes prior to closing and the lovely woman down front (Tas) was super friendly and helpful!! She allowed us to sit on all the couches we were interested in and answered all of our questions. She even made many very helpful suggestions. Just a wonderful experience. I hope my son likes the couch that his SO picked out as a possible purchase. They still have a lot of places to check out. This one was really a nice place.

Steve was fantastic, greeted us and introduced himself and left us to browse. We found him after and gladly had him make all arrangements! Great choices, quality furniture extremely affordable prices. Wonderful experience from hello to my orange sherbert at the end! Will definitely return.

I went into Bob’s Furniture for a particular item. I was met by a sales rep, Barbara, as I entered the store. I was clear that I was there for this particular item and nothing else at the time. She was courteous, professional and helped me with what I needed, without pushing me into looking/buying items not on my agenda. With several upcoming projects and her professionalism and actually hearing what I said to her, she will be my go to on my next visit there.

The lady who greeted us was very friendly and helpful right in her department to purchase a chair.....her name was Gayle and employee of 15 years..........we pretty much knew what we wanted as we'd searched on Line..........she explained more details and we were out of the store in about 45 minutes. Now I'll see how the delivery goes in 3 days.....so far so good dealing with Bob's

Jeannette was super helpful, pointing out which sofas had the characteristics we were looking for but also letting us look at them at our own pace. So many other stores we went to felt claustrophobic and pushy but that was not the case here at all. We had so many more options than we ever thought we would which made the decision hard but in a good way. Also, the prices are 5 stars on their own. We also appreciate that the add on like delivery and warranty weren't pushed on us either but we were given plenty of information on both to make a well informed decision. We will definitely be back for a couple other items in the near future and will hope to have Jeannette as our salesperson again!
