Impact Guns Ogden

Some of the worst customer service I have ever had came from the old gentleman in this shop with white hair and a gut. I frequent firearm shops all over. This by far was the worst experience I have had at a shop. This employee wouldn't let me speak and was completely rude. Thank God my local Impact store has great people in it or I would never buy another firearm from Impact. Come on Ogden, call the Boise store (I have their number if you need it) to see how they run things. Probably learn a thing or two.

Bought my first firearm from impact guns. Ky was the one to help me out. He was awesome! I had a million questions and he had all the answers. He clearly knows his stuff. Definitely recommend working with Ky!

Customer service is too notch amazing and the deals on handguns are the best I found online. Just purchased a 9mm G2c and this will NOT be the last time I buy from Impact Guns THANKS Y'ALL the world needs more Y O U !

Great selection and can answer all of your questions when purchasing a gun. I took their concealed weapons class and it was very informative. They had every carry gun I could have imagined in stock. I got myself a Springfield Hellcat. Haven't shot it yet but will be going to Impact's shooting range soon!

5 start gun store in every single category. Ammo and firearm selection is beyond what you need! Customer service was very kind. Great place for all your needs.

I would highly recommend NOT buying from here. Their Customer service is rude and misogynistic and they take forever, especially the guy with the cowboy hat. They treated my husband great but when I asked a question, they became defensive, demeaning and condescending. We would’ve walked out without our stuff except we had already purchased it. Women don’t go here and men if you respect women don’t go here. There was one exception with the guy that we ordered our stuff with, unfortunately I don’t remember his name, but everyone else was left with something to be desired. I will never buy from them again and neither will my husband.

First off I'd like to say I have been active in the shooting community for the past 20 years. Never broke the law or been in trouble. lve been at the same job for the past 14 years. I Went to impact this past weekend to purchase a firearm for the sale that they had. The salesman denied me because the way my address is on my driver's license (it only has the # for example 2232 8000 #19 Magna,UT.) He said it's suppose to have the South and west on it, that the DMV mistakenly forgot to put the west and south on my address. He asked if I had certified piece of mail with my name and address on it ,and it would have to have the south and west next to my building and street or else it wouldn't work. So I ran into my car got the registration and a piece of mail they both have my name and the address the same way it shows on my license, it did not show south and west I informed him that the way my address is legally shown, and I purchased 3 firearms from the salt Lake City impact guns branch within a span of two years with the same driver's license same as cal ranch , Doug's, and sportsman's. I asked if he could call the SLC branch to verify I'm a returned customer or just process the bci the way it shows on my license the way it supposed to be, because I'm sure everything will be okay it always is. And he said no because when the ATF does the audit they're going to want to see the south and west on my driver's license even tho I'm approved with bci. I just think all this is insane I did not know that I have to have to bring two certified pieces of mail with my name and address on it that shows the West and South next to my house and street address,driver's license, and maybe a u.a. or employment verification. All this when I'm a returned customer. More or less it just seemed like he was purposely creating obstacles to not sale to me.I don't leave reviews unless it was a tremendously good experience or tremendously bad I probably only wrote two reviews ever. But it's been 2 days and I am still annoyed with the way they treated me. I left there feeling like I was a criminal trying to defend myself. The past 3 times I have been there has not been a good experience at all. I'm still trying to figure out if they were discriminating or stereotyping me, or trying not to honor there sales( because the last 3 times I have been in has been during a sale and it something always happens) or if there just 3 at random bad experiences back to back. The thing is I like impact guns I think it's a cool shop but they could get better salesman.i feel bad because I really enjoy the store, but I don't think I'll be returning

I come here often to buy ammo and accessories. They have always matched their online price and have given me whichever price is cheaper. I agree with some of the other reviewers that it can be difficult to get help at times. However, I also appreciate that I can walk into the store and look around without feeling like I have a used car salesman following me. Today I had to wait about 10 minutes to get someone to help me, but the store was also busy. I was able to catch a lady coming out of the employee room who looked like she was heading home. I was looking for a couple of things that were missing from the shelve and asked her if she could see if they had the items in the back. She set her stuff down, got a pad and pincil and wrote down the SKUs. She found that the computer showed one of each item was in stock. She then went in the back and found them. I have always had a positive experience with the employees even if I have had to flag one down to get some help. I am glad to have a brick and mortar store around that usually has a few decent deals going on.
