Rude, Rude, and Rude!!! My family has been shopping here since they opened, and I have honestly had delivery service once a week since forever, but recently ( last year +), I sometimes purchase in store, and/or pick up, and here lies the problem!!! The same two lazy, rude men ( both white in their 50s) who for some unknown reason act as if they are better than all... (they are clearly disgruntled with their own life path), and are allowed by owner ( who allows their rude/unfriendly) to be rude to customers. My only guess as to why she ( owner) allows such rudeness is she doesn't care if you come back... the UES is constantly growing( new building after new building), so she doesn't care (always new ppl). Everyone delivers so it is so, so, so easy to move on! To the owner, if you care, do something about DUMB and DUMBER ( tall, goofy guy, and short, chubby bearded with glasses.... So Rude!!!!

My experience was not the same as some other posters. We walked into the store and were warmly greated by Steve who had amazing knowledge of the store's stock in both wine and spirits. Not only were there were no problems but, rather everything was first class. Now we are anxious to see whether his suggestions were on point.
