Hudson Yards Wines & Spirits

My wife ordered a bottle of Dom Perignon through Ubereats. The box was damaged on the corner from likely being dropped at one point and the bottle had grease like stains all around. That bottle had been out of that box for sure. I buy Dom regularly and it’s always in pristine condition. I called and they sent a replacement asap in a brand new box and bottle. It was in excellent condition. I really appreciate the excellent customer service. The bottle is a gift for my friend’s birthday so it really meant a lot for them to exchange it. Will buy more bottles.

Never received an email or text confirmation of delivery being a gift. Call the support number, left a message with no call back. I called again, when i spoke to someone they could not provide proof of delivery, they told me to call the business. I asked who signed for it, they had no signature they could provide. A very poor customer experience.
