G & I Wine & Spirits

Wanted to give a nice bottle of wine to a friend for her bday u0026 the wine was never delivered from this place, and they took my money. Do not go here.

Being a regular costumer for about 2 years. Last time I was there, and so many times before I went ,the staff were speaking at background in Spanish, about another Hispanic costumer purchasing liquors, calling them alcoholics and also saying not nice sexual oriented comments. can you please don’t judge costumers?, hope the manager can read this comment.

Not one of the staff members in the store was wearing their face mask properly. One employee had no mask at all, one had it down on their neck, and two had it pulled down under their nose. They obviously do not care at all for the health and safety of their clients, and if you desire not to catch COVID I recommend going to a different store.

Love this place. It honesty feels like the Cheers of liquor stores. Everyone knows your name, they're super friendly, and I've yet to have them recommend something I didn't like. They'll even grab a basket and carry it around for you as they're helping you make selections. My new favorite spot in the 'hood

Excellent service. Just visiting Brooklyn for work and wanted (OK, needed!) a bottle of wine after my day of training. They didn’t have my preferred brand chilled, but offered a different one. The gentleman said it tasted better, but I thought he was looking for a quick sale. Maybe, but it really DOES taste better. I hope they have it back home. Oh, they even popped the cork and gave me a cup. (I never use hotel glasses. I saw that 20/20 episode!)

I ordered a spirit on their app for pick up..but when I went to pick up item...What I noticed was..it was the right brand but a much smaller bottle..so please check your pick up items.. But the most disturbing part no one said anything about the size I ordered being out of stock and continue to charge me for the larger bottle..Refund asap..never again
